Return’s & exchange policy
Our Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we operate a carefully controlled return policy.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided that:
• The item has not been worn
• Lace remains uncut
• Hair has not been altered, washed, brushed, or treated
• Original packaging and tags remain intact
All returned items are inspected before approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
• Lace has been cut
• Hair shows signs of wear
• Texture has been altered
• Packaging is damaged or incomplete
Exchanges
If your item meets the return criteria, exchanges may be arranged subject to availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
We will resolve the issue promptly.
